Terms and Conditions1. Before Commission
• Before starting on the drawing, payment must be made upfront (Paypal, USD only). Payment terms can be negotiated for higher priced commissions (500+ USD).
• Please send as many reference images as possible!• I reserve the rights to the final artwork. Additionally, the commission is for personal, non-commercial use only. However, discussions can be done in regards to commercial licensing!
• A refund may only be availed if I cannot somehow finish the commission (e.g. time constraints, emergencies, etc.).
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason. Additionally, while I am fine with working with NSFW, I'll have to decline anything I find uncomfortable or too extreme to work with.2. During Commission
• The artwork will be finished roughly within 1 - 3 weeks, unless stated otherwise or something unexpected happens, in which you'll be notified of any delays.
• Major revisions can be requested when the artwork is still in the early stages (sketch/draft, flats). Artworks nearing completion can only have minor revisions. Revisions at this late stage, or large/frequent revision throughout may incur additional fees.
• An exception for this is when I miss out on details discussed or shown in reference images. They'll be fixed free of charge!3. After Commission
• I may use the final artwork for promotional purposes, such as social media and print. The commission can be rendered private (meaning that it will not be used publicly) upon the commissioner's request.
